Work is nuts at the moment. A big file to finish… I won’t bore you with the details of my “real” job, but the silver lining is that I’m working with one of my favourite Montreal companies, m0851. That’s 100% Montreal, by the way. There are very few around. When I ask people if they’ve heard of them, I’m always surprised when they say no. I’ve loved their bags since I bought my first one, a big black leather messenger bag, way back in the 80′s. Their styling is beautiful, too, and has a real Montreal vibe.
Claire, the model seen here, doubles as their product development designer for bags. Talented, gorgeous and super sweet.

While leather bags is where they started, their jackets and coats, in leather and other beautiful fabrics (waxed linen is my favourite) are perfection, too. Oh, and their scarves. And hats. Can you tell that I really LOVE m0851?
